Isolated severe storms are possible Tuesday over the southern Edwards Plateau, Rio Grande Plains, and western Hill Country tomorrow late afternoon into the overnight hours. The Storm Prediction Center has these areas under a level 1 of 5 risk of severe weather during this period.
Gulf air returns tonight, bringing moisture and low clouds into South Central Texas. This will keep temperatures mild, especially over the Coastal Plains. Some patchy fog is possible over the Coastal Plains.
A humid spring pattern with off-and-on chances for showers and thunderstorms begins Tuesday and continues through the remainder of the work week. Despite the periodic consistent storm chances, temperatures will remain warm with humid conditions increasing through the week.
